Visualise your future and bring it to life on a beautiful vision board
This workshop is exactly what you need if you’re feeling stuck in your life and you need to clarify your direction. You’ll come away with a renewed sense of purpose, an action plan and a beautiful board to take home.
Vision boards are not just a January thing.
You can create one at any time to create a picture of the future that you want to achieve, or visually represent an objective or project, such as your business, your home, your career, etc.
Vision boards are not just a collage of pictures and inspirational words.
The workshop starts with a visualisation and journaling exercise that will help you clarify your future lifestyle and the objectives that you want to achieve. You will then put together your board to represent your goals and aspirations, using the materials and tools provided.
The power of working together
I will support you throughout this process by asking you powerful coaching questions to make you explore what you want to achieve and reflect on your goals and actions. I will also share my experience and tips to create a visual that you’ll be pleased to see every day.
In a cosy and relaxed atmosphere, you’ll be with a small group of like-minded people who want to grow and make change happen in their life. It’ll be an opportunity to create your own plan by learning from each other in a safe and welcoming space.
Hosted at The Every Space, a beautiful gift and home shop at the heart of Walthamstow, you’ll be surrounded by beautiful objects, pictures and plants that will stimulate your creativity.
Taking a moment from the busy-ness of your life will empower you to focus on yourself, make decisions and take actions to get you closer to achieving your vision.
About me
Hi, I’m Catherine! I’ve been a career coach for the last 5 years. Before that, I used to work in HR and Talent Management. I decided to change careers to become independent and choose how to achieve my purpose of helping others grow. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of clients from various backgrounds and at different stages in their life and career, supporting them with their personal development, career growth and life design. I love sharing what I’ve learned from my own career and my clients' experiences with others. Delivering workshops is something I really enjoy as I find that collective and collaborative thinking really enables you to think deeper and create empowering action plans!
