Building an exciting early talent development journey
Show your graduates & Apprentices that they are valued &
stand out in a crowded market
The development journey is a critical component of any early talent programme
Not only does it need to cover all of the skills required for the role, but it also needs to allow the graduates and apprentices to grow, plan a career, set personal goals, and achieve their full potential.
An exciting and inspiring development journey will attract, engage and retain your early career employees.
It will show them that they are valued members of your current and future plans, and it will help your graduate programme and apprenticeships stand out from a crowded market of opportunities. A supportive development strategy allows for personal and professional growth, confidence and fulfilment – meaning improved retention, a happier, more competent workforce and a better future for your organisation. To achieve this, you need to build a development programme that engages the learner. When done well, there is no end to the growth of every individual you support through your programme.
With so much experience working with early talent and designing, managing and evaluating developmental programmes I know that the best structure for success is multi-faceted.
My recommended approach combines mentoring, coaching, collaborative projects and learning modules which build layers of insight, knowledge and experience to allow your early talent to grow in confidence, competence and talent throughout. This means supporting the graduates and apprentices themselves, as well as building and sustaining support for the managers and mentors who are guiding their learning.
My mission is to help early talent Managers and businesses to develop and retain every cohort of graduates and apprentices bY:
Designing and implementing a development journey which aligns with your business values and brand
Empowering your early career employees to build, develop and grow in their careers, cultivating authenticity and autonomy
Supporting them through and beyond their transition out of the programme

Case studies
Here are examples of what I have delivered as a consultant and in my previous roles.
Why work with me?
With more than ten years of experience working in Talent Management for global companies, I have built a wealth of knowledge and insight into designing, implementing and evaluating early talent programmes. I have managed and developed recruitment processes and assessment centres, designing and evolving the development journeys of graduates. My experience includes rotational programmes and international programmes, which offer unique challenges from the perspective of team building and mobility. I am confident that my experience and capability will help your organisation achieve their ambitions and your graduates and apprentices fulfil their potential.
I begin by taking the time to understand the goals and values of your organisation to build an early talent development programme which reflects them. Throughout that programme I offer feedback, mentoring, support, one-to-one coaching and guidance, not only for the early career employees themselves but for the managers and mentors who are supporting them, supporting their development and growth alongside each cohort.
My hands-on, authentic approach enables me to develop positive relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, supporting the graduates and apprentices as they transition from the environment and expectations of university to the corporate workplace.
