A one-to-one coaching programme to explore your true self and make the right decisions
This transformational coaching programme will enable you to explore your true self, unlock your self-awareness, reflect on your decisions and take action to reach your life and career goals.
Through 8 one-to-one coaching conversations, we will discuss your vision, blockers, passions, personality traits, strengths, values and skills to help you clarify your career and life goals. After each session, I'll share with you self-reflection exercises and journaling prompts for you to do at home.
By the end of the programme, you will have gained amazing insights into your self-knowledge and you will feel empowered to make the right decisions for yourself.
Here’s the programme outline
Discovery call
Before you sign up to the programme, we have a conversation to get to know each other. You’ll be sharing your story and challenges; I’ll tell you about myself and my coaching style and we’ll discuss logistics. This conversation is free and you can decide after that whether you want to work with me or not.
Session 1 – What is your life vision?
In our first session, we will talk about where you see yourself in the future and what you want to achieve. You’ll come out with a clear vision of your ideal future.
Session 2 - What are your fears and self-limiting beliefs?
We tackle your blockers early in the process so that you can challenge them and find empowering beliefs to overcome your fears.
Session 3 - What are your passions?
In this session, we go back to what you love doing and what brings you joy.
Session 4 – What values drive your decisions?
We will explore your values through a simple exercise, and we will discuss how to better integrate your values in your life.
Session 5 - What are your strengths and what energises you?
You’ll complete an exercise to identify your strengths before the session, so that we can focus our discussion on your energisers and drainers. You’ll come out with a plan on how to work to your strengths.
Session 6 - What are your personality traits and how do they impact your behaviour and communication?
Before the session, you will complete the MBTI questionnaire and self-assess your personality type. During the session we will debrief your results and personality traits, so that you can leave with a robust understanding of your personality profile.
Session 7 - What skills have you learned over time?
In this session, we will talk about all the skills that you developed throughout your career history and personal life, to understand how they can be used differently.
Session 8 - How can this new self-knowledge help you achieve the life that you want?
The final session is about connecting your vision to your new self-knowledge, so that you can create an action plan to make change happen in your life.

The Details
Total cost: £600. We can agree on flexible payment terms to help you spread the cost over time.
The conversations are 60 to 90 minutes long, and can either be face-to-face in Central London (Covid and weather permitting), or via video call from anywhere in the world! My coaching days are Mondays and Fridays, from 08.30 am until 16.30 pm (GMT).
You decide how often we speak, but I usually recommend a 2-week gap between each session to allow you enough time to reflect on the previous session and prepare for the next one.
You will be sent a digital workbook so that you can keep track of your goals, learnings and progress.
